A useful daily review is short enough to repeat and specific enough to reveal what needs attention. Start with your workspace dashboard, then move into the records behind each number.
Start with the workspace you are using
Business owners, team members, brokers, and customers have different access scopes. Confirm the workspace name before reviewing totals. If your login has more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher to choose the relationship you want to work on.
Check accounts and customers
Review the assigned accounts and the customers you manage. A broker's shared accounts come from the business that assigned them. A team member works within the primary user's business, subject to page permissions. Use those relationships to explain why a record is visible or missing.
Review active bids and invoices
Open Active Bids to review ongoing bid activity and check any status that needs a fresh look. Then review the invoices available to your role and account assignments. Use the customer and account shown on the invoice to direct any follow-up to the right person.
- Which bids are still active?
- Which records need an outcome check?
- Which available invoices need attention?
- Which customer or account assignment needs a review?
Use activity and analytics for context
Activity history helps you understand recorded changes. Analytics helps you see patterns across the records available to your workspace. When a number looks unexpected, inspect the underlying list and its filters before drawing a conclusion.
Close the loop
Keep a short list of follow-ups from the review and return to the same pages the next day. A consistent routine makes it easier to spot missing access, stale statuses, and records that still need attention.
Questions answered
Why can two workspaces show different totals?
Each workspace is limited by its role, permissions, customer relationships, and assigned accounts. Check the workspace name and listing filters when comparing totals.
